Warranty
Your cowhide rug will probably outlive you! Quality and workmanship are, of course, guaranteed.
We have a very straightforward return/refund policy: If you feel the need to return your cowhide for any reason, just notify our office within ten (10) days, and we'll arrange a substitution or refund as appropriate. The only requirement we have is that you be responsible for the return postage. (not applicable to Custom or Designer Rugs; see Terms of Service)
Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery and received by RawHideCompany in new and resalable condition.
Do remember when ordering that hides are a natural product; the one you receive will be unique in shape and coloration. That being said, we're a small company with humans at this end of the phone, and we'll be quite happy to accommodate any reasonable requests.
