Satisfaction Guaranteed: Our Return Policy

RawHideCompany is dedicated to providing our customers a superior shopping experience and is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 100% refund on unused, resalable merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling costs; however, we are unable to accept returns on custom fabrications and special orders  and any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website). Any discounts or free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your return credit, with a minimum deduction of $15. For example, if we provided free shipping on your order and you returned some items, we would issue a credit to you for the price you paid for the returned merchandise, but we would deduct the greater of what we actually paid in shipping or $15.00.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to RawHideCompany.

Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery and received by RawHideCompany in new and resalable condition.

If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund or at our discretion, no less than a 30% liquidated damages fee will be deducted from the purchase price. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, trackable shipping method to return items (i.e UPS or Fed Ex).

Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number) which can be requested by e-mailing sales@RawHideCompany.com and items must be received by us within 10 calendar days from when we issue the RMA or you will not receive any credit for your return. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back. 

Custom and designer rugs and made-to-order and Close Out products and orders of five or more hides matched for nomenclature, markings, color and/or size are non-returnable and non-refundable. Duties and all applicable import taxes for orders returned from outside the United States will be deducted first from the purchase price prior to issuing a refund.

Merchandise Return Instructions

1. Obtain a return authorization code - Contact Raw Hide Company Customer Service by email: customercare@rawhidecompany.com or by calling 1-866-586-2901 Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM Eastern Standard Time.

2. Enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice with your return; if you no longer have the slip, enclose the following information so we can process your return quickly and accurately:
  • Your full name
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or packing list copy) and/or your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Desired action (replacement item or refund)
Ship return merchandise, pre-paid and insured for your protection, via UPS, FedEx or DHL to the address you are provided when you receive your return authorization code. Items sent by any other carrier including the USPS will not be accepted.

Shipping & Processing Charges

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping in the 48 contiguous United States on all orders over $150.00. We also offer UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select express shipping options. Charges for our express shipping methods are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and are displayed in the online shopping cart at the checkout screen.

Items are generally in stock, allowing us to ship soon after your order is placed, although we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Items are shipped from our warehouse on the east coast.

Large orders may be shipped by freight at our discretion. If you are ordering internationally, note that the shipping charges automatically calculated are estimates; if the actual shipping cost exceeds the calculated cost, we will contact you to obtain approval prior to shipping.

If you place an order for delivery outside of the United States, be advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed. For our Canadian friends, we offer UPS Canada Standard as a shipping option.

For orders originating outside of the United States, we may require additional documentation and/or alternate forms of payment. Remember that all prices are quoted in US dollars. For orders originating overseas, we also require a minimum order size of $250.00 or the order will not be processed. Prior to processing a valid overseas order, additional shipping charges may apply and will be confirmed with you before shipping.

For estimated transit times, please visit the UPS website. Transit times for UPS shipping methods, including Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select are based on the number of business days from the time your shipment is received by UPS until the order is received at your delivery address. Flat Rate Shipping is available only in the continental 48 states. Is not valid with any other offer, including, but not limited to, orders that have been discounted, Close Out, Distributor or Wholesale. Pricing and Sales Tax Prices are subject to change.

If a discrepancy arises between the price quoted on the Site and on the check-out page, the latter will prevail. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, RHC shall have the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not an order confirmation has been sent and/or payment has been made. If payment has already been made and your order is canceled or limited, RHC shall refund any payment you made for any item that will not be shipped due to cancellation or limitation of an order in the same tender as the original purchase. RHC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida*. You are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

110% Low Price Guarantee / Price Match

RawHideCompany wants you to buy from us confident that you will not find a lower price, or better service. If you find a lower "To-Your-Door" price we will refund 110% of the difference. The "To-Your-Door" price is the total price of the order delivered to your door, including product costs, tax, shipping and/or handling fees. The competitor must be a US based company. The product must be the identical.

RawHideCompany must be able to directly verify the competitors price with a uniquely identifiable invoice, faxed or emailed to RawHideCompany, dated within 15 days of the RawHideCompany purchase. Invoice must include actual shipping and handling costs (shipping estimates are not acceptable).

The 110% Price Protection Guarantee also excludes price matching on clearance and closeout items.
